Lead Process Engineer for Gas Compression & Liquefaction and Combined Cycle Plants

Partner with the best

Participate to the full process design, starting from early project stages supporting feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED, EPC and site activities for Gas Compression & Liquefaction and Combined Cycle Plants. You could be also involved in plant design for Energy Transition, De-Carbonization (e.g. Carbon Capture & Utilization) and Emission Abatement plant (De-flaring).

As Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Performing simulations of plant process conditions for design and off-design cases to get thermodynamic data for equipment’s sizing using specific simulation software such as Ebsilon or Hysys/UNISIM

Executing process design deliverables: processes/cycles scheme with simplified description, heat and material balance, fluid and utilities consumption list, calculation reports, process narratives.

Developing drawings as PFDs, P&IDs up to ‘as built’ level

Executing sizing and development of process data sheets for equipment and packages (drums, heat exchangers, pumps, columns, etc. Expertise in OTSG, auxiliary condenser, condensate cooler, flash tank, Polishig unit supply spec, demi-water supply spec, will be considered an additional value)

Participating and contributing to design reviews and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FERA, FMEA, etc.) from conceptual to detailed design

Participating and leading to technical meetings with Customers (i.e. P&IDs review, etc)

Supporting procurement of equipment and assemblies with Manufacturing and Sourcing

Supporting commissioning start up and performance test run site activities

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Btech/ Mtech in Chemical Engineering

Have experience in process engineering Gas Compression & liquefaction and Combined Cycle Plants, experience in EPC projects will be considered preferential.

Knowledge of International Codes like API, ANSI, ASME

Have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fluency English is essential.
