We are looking for an organized floor coordinator to supervise all floor activity. Candidates with good communication skills, problem-solving, and patient handling abilities who can assist patients in obtaining services.
*Hospital Experience is Mandatory
Requirements:
•Prior experience in a managerial position.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
•Highly organized.
Responsibilities:
1.Looking after facility management of the centre (i.e. Repair & Maintenance).
2.Handling patient complaints with respect to any payment/general issues.
3.Looking after day to day operations of the centre. Ensure hygiene and safety measures at center at all given time
4.Co-ordinate with HR for Manpower requirement & quality audits.
5.Handling staff queries related to HR issues.
