Job Details: 6 months- 3 Years of Experience (especially in partner management, business development, PR, or a related field within the SaaS industry)

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential partners who align with our brand and business goals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with these partners to foster long-term collaboration.

Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure new partners are set up for success.

Provide training and resources to new partners to help them understand our software and marketing strategies.

Create and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through partner channels.

Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Assist partners with the execution of marketing campaigns, including webinars, blogs, and social media posts.

Provide guidance and support to partners to ensure their marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our brand.

Track and report on key performance metrics related to partner marketing campaigns.

Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and drive continuous growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary resources and support.

Skills

Proven experience in partner marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships.

Experience in the SaaS or graphic design industry is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Ability to think outside the box and identify new growth opportunities.

Education Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
