B2B Sales - Account Executive

A concise glimpse into the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your time will be invested in

Lead Conversion & Client Engagement: Manage the entire sales process from lead nurturing to deal closure, focusing on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with SMEs in the US market

Sales Strategy & Market Focus: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target SMEs in the US market, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying key decision-makers and adapting the sales approach to meet their specific business needs.

Product Knowledge & Collaboration: Maintain a deep understanding of APPSeCONNECT’s product and industry trends, utilizing CRM tools to track sales activities, and collaborating closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a strong focus on the US market.

Demonstrated success in converting leads into deals and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly articulate complex solutions and effectively engage with key decision-makers.

A deep understanding of the US market, particularly within the SME sector, and the ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics, with a focus on tracking sales activities and managing the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be BE/BTECH (IT/CS/ECE), BCA, MCA or BSc. (Computer)

Academic percentage criteria for 10th,12th, Graduation - 55% or above throughout.
