President & CEO (Not-For-Profit)

Local, mid-sized, multi-faceted/vertical, well established and poised for growth not-for-profit is looking for a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next chapter in their organization.

High Level Summary Of Responsbilities (not all inclusive):

Responsible for the overall strategic (in collaboration with the BOD) direction and operational execution of/for the organization.

Management/development of a mid-sized team of experienced professionals.

On-going engagement with the philanthropic community, volunteers and partnering organizations

Development and management of the strategic plan (and associated programs) and annual budgets/financials

Qualifications:

Management, not-for-profit and/or business leadership/knowledge and experience

A track record of effective leadership in a performance-and outcomes-based organization with a commitment to high quality programs

Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people

Experience developing/maintaining relationships with local public, private, philanthropic and political groups

Experience managing a 501(c)(3) corporation preferred

Bachelor’s degree required
