Experienced Trust and Estates Attorney Needed!

Prestigious and busy New Haven firm is looking for a Senior Associate Trust and Estates Attorney to join its growing practice.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Administer trusts; prepare estate administration documents

Distribution, allocation and funding of sub-trusts

Preparation and review of accounts, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns

Oversee court matters from the filing of a petition to recieving filed order from the court.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in trusts and estates.

Be able to support estate planning, trust, and probate practices.

Excellent organization, computer skills and math skills

Ability to analyze facts and discovery to apply to statutes and case law on point

Member of the Connecticut Bar is required.
