The Ideal Candidate:

2-5 years of experience in the HVAC rental industry or related field, preferably in a service management role

Associate degree from an accredited vocational college (preferred)

HVAC certification (2-year program or Universal Refrigeration Certificate) or equivalent experience

1-3 years of supervisory experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with MRP or Rental software is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Exciting Role:

Lead a team of 1 to 12 Service Technicians, enhancing customer experience through excellent service management

Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Process customer orders and oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs

Manage equipment storage and organization within the branch warehouse

Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality

Implement and maintain service procedures to support operational consistency

Oversee training for Service Technicians in various aspects of HVAC rental equipment
