Here you will find the newest state of the art building on Taylor's Back Bay campus, where you will deliver care to residents on our first-class memory support unit, very active assisted living, and our beautiful open and bright nursing unit.

Position Title: Clinical Leader (Full-Time) Location: Residence at Back Bay, Taylor Community, Wolfeboro, NH Overview: The Clinical Leader is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in New Hampshire.

This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, organizational acumen, and strong communication skills.

The Clinical Leader is pivotal in overseeing clinical processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities: - Clinical Oversight: Manage and oversee clinical processes and procedures at Residence at Back Bay.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to New Hampshire state regulations, Taylor Community policies, and departmental standards.

- Staff Guidance: Provide guidance, orientation, and supervision to staff members.

- Resident Care: Promote and maintain the health, safety, and dignity of residents.

- Operational Compliance: Ensure daily operations and resident care align with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.

- Staff Training: Offer supervision, guidance, and training to clinical staff.

Education and Experience: - Licensure: RN or LPN licensed in New Hampshire.

- Experience: At least three years in a Long-Term Care setting, with a preference for two years in a supervisory role.

- Special Skills: Understanding of elder care needs, especially for those with cognitive impairments.

- Physical Requirements: Adequate visual and auditory skills to perform job duties and interact effectively with residents, staff, and the public.

- Skills: Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently.

- Driver's License: Valid NH Driver's License and ability to drive Taylor Community vehicles as needed.

- Appearance: Professional and well-groomed.

- Proficiency with computer programs utilized by Taylor Community.

Schedule: - Full-time position with flexibility required for scheduled and unscheduled evening, night, and weekend shifts to ensure adequate clinical staff oversight.
