**Job Type:** Part-Time / Friday and Saturday night

**Compensation:** Competitive Hourly Rate + Tips

**About Us:**

We are a small, intimate tiki bar that transports our guests to a tropical paradise. Our atmosphere is laid-back, yet vibrant, and we pride ourselves on providing a unique, memorable experience for every visitor. We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow and guest satisfaction.

- Assist with maintaining a lively, upbeat atmosphere in the bar.

- Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries.

- Collaborate with bartenders and servers to ensure smooth operations.

- Help with general tidying and organizing the host station and guest areas.

- Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials to assist guests with questions.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or restaurants.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage busy periods with poise and a positive attitude.

- A passion for tiki culture and tropical-themed experiences is a plus.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
