We are looking for a Sr Digital Content Creator who has experience with using AI for content creation and the ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target market on non-prime customers. This role will develop content for social media to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. You will leverage AI for idea generation, research assistance, and content optimization across various formats including social media posts, website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, video scripts and more. You will focus on maintaining consistency with our brand voice and messaging across all content channels, ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Leverage AI for idea generation, research assistance, and content optimization across various formats including, social media posts, website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, video scripts, and more.

Develop content for social media to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Create compelling social media content and strategies tailored to each platform's unique audience and algorithms.

Proficiency in key SEO principals, including keyword research to uncover search intent and identify high-potential keywords for content optimization

Maintain consistency with our brand voice and guidelines across all content channels, while ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.

Stay on top of latest digital marketing best practices, tools, and platforms

Experience and Education

5+ years of experience in SEO, content creation, etc

Experience in a highly regulated industry (finance, lending, or fintech preferred) with demonstrated collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with AI content generation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, Claude)

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and style.

Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and derive insights

Experience with SEO and content optimization techniques preferred.

Experience in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach and messaging

Experience using content marketing platforms (CMP) in the planning, creation, management, distribution, and analysis of content to optimize marketing efforts

Experience with Facebook business manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr (or equivalent social media management software)

Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms for content generation, optimization, and research
