Senior Software Engineer

Designation: Gen AI Engineer

Role: Individual will be responsible for implementing Gen AI solutions using Agentic Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve developing, implementing, and managing advanced Gen AI solutions using Agentic Frameworks.

Interact and work with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, discuss solutions and collaborate for delivering solutions

Define and document solution designs, detailed designs and review with customer

The person will be working mostly on Microsoft technology stack for implementing Gen AI solutions using Agentic frameworks e.g. C#, Azure, Semantic Kernel, Autogen and more.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or other engineering fields

Total years of required experience in Software industry to be: 3 to 6 years

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or C# or C Sharp (C Sharp will be preferable)

Experience of Azure or AWS is important (Azure preferred)

Should have experience on developing solutions with Agentic Frameworks (any one of these: semantic kernel, autogen, langgraph, langchain-agents, langchain-tools, llamaindex agents. Semantic Kernel will be preferable)

Experience of requirement understanding & solution designing

Proficiency in Generative AI techniques prompt engineering, Vector DB, LLMs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Open-source LLMs, Vector DBs is important

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into solution.

Strong communication skills are important

Experience in Natural Language Processing, data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis will be a plus

Familiarity with using hosted services on cloud is a plus

Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics) can be an advantage.
