As the Fleet Manager at American Pest, you'll lead the efficient management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth daily operations in collaboration with branch management and senior leadership.

Your role involves monitoring vehicle usage, optimizing costs, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing safety protocols.

You'll manage the fleet budget, oversee vehicle procurement, and use data to enhance performance.

By ensuring compliance and providing ongoing driver training, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet's operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Who You Are...

What does it take to be a successful Fleet Manager at American Pest?

For starters, you'll be at least 21 years old, enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail and innate need for organization.

You'll also have...

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field -OR- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a logistics role along with experience in the transportation industry (preferred) National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) membership or certification and/or any recognized Fleet Safety certifications (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel - pivot tables, analysis, creating trending reports, etc.

(preferred) Strong analytic and problem solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills to work well across departments Strong leadership skills with experience managing at least 1-2 people A broad understanding of P&L A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English Good oral and written communication skills Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
