Our client is a global supplier of specialty chemicals and a leader in refining. They currently seek a hands-on engineer for a Continuous Improvement Engineer position at their facility roughly 45 miles from Youngstown, OH.

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Identify areas of improvement and process optimization

Lead improvement projects

Manage ISO90001 systems and standards

Drive Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Gather and analyze data for process improvements

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 + bonus

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

BS Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant degrees

1+ years of experience working as a Process and/or Production Engineer in a chemical plant or refinery

Previous experience identifying areas of process improvements

Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies

Experience with ISO9001 is preferred
