Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Location: Addison, IL

Pay Range: $37 - $40 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team at a new state of the art facility in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience assembling and wiring industrial machinery. This role requires a solid background in handling various voltages and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Assembly: Assemble, wire, and install industrial machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.

Electrical Work: Perform electrical installations, modifications, and troubleshooting on machinery. Work with voltages ranging from 120V to 480V.

Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Compliance: Ensure all electrical work is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including any modifications and repairs made to machinery.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate machinery assembly and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician with a focus on machinery assembly.

Voltage Expertise: Proficiency in working with electrical systems operating at voltages from 120V to 480V.

Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training in electrical systems preferred.

Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Safety: Adherence to all safety protocols and practices. Experience with safety equipment and procedures.
