Business Development Manager - Rice Mill and Food Processing Industry

We are looking to hire a "Business Development Manager - Rice Mill and Food Processing Industry" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

B.Sc BE/ Diploma Mechanical or Electrical.

Experience : 3-4 Years in sales selling capital goods and project-related accessories

Willing to travel 15-20 days in Month, with self-motivation to generate inquiry and regular follow-up with the market.

Should be a quick learner.

Should be able to handle independent charges with Customers, suppliers, and any other agencies.

Should be open-minded, willing to take up new challenges such as new product sales, New markets, and development, and ready to work with diversified activities based on market needs.

Should be target-oriented to achieve the company goals.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Language: Sinhalese and English, Tamil ( Optional )

Age: Around 30 years,

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, market research, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving business development strategies and processes.
