Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist Front Office/Business Operations in daily management and execution of their actions.

Interface with the Facilities Staff for building issues, maintenance and manage small projects.

Assist the customer with seating, workspace, storage requirements across the organization.

Prepare and disseminate business operations communications to the workforce on Organization announcements.

Manage numerous actions in a dynamic, fast paced environment and maintain the customer action tracker as required.

Facilitate the receipt, dissemination, recording, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of all tasking and activities.

Maintain business operations database, including data entry and reports.

Maintain and report monthly metrics.

Managing/processing work orders for supplies, renovations.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience may be substituted for degree.

Proficiency with other Microsoft Office suite products, to include PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access, and Word.

Experience with SharePoint as an end user, updating and uploading content.

Experience utilizing databases.

Excellent organization skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently, in a team or collaborative environment.

Ability to build excellent and effective relationships with team, customer, staff.

Critical thinking skills to analyze and recommend process improvements.

Facilities management experience.

Desired Skills:

Prior customer service experience.

Prior experience managing customer facilities.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
