Job Summary: As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products from the warehouse to designated delivery locations by driving a 26' box truck. Your primary goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of items to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading:

Safely load and unload goods onto the delivery vehicle.

Ensure proper handling and secure packaging of items.

Route Planning:

Plan efficient and timely delivery routes.

Use GPS and other navigation tools to optimize routes and minimize delivery time.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle.

Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

Collect and verify delivery signatures

Adherence to Regulations:

Follow traffic rules and regulations.

Adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Problem Resolution:

Handle delivery-related issues professionally and promptly.

Report any problems or delays to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license.

Clean driving record.

Physical fitness for lifting and carrying packages.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.

Ability to work independently and responsibly.
