Dental Assistant Supervisor

Affinity Health Center seeks a Full-Time Dental Assistant Supervisor to help lead our community health center in expanding dental services offered to those most in need in our community. Dental Assistant Supervisor will provide supervision for all dental assistants and support the delivery of care as outlined in their clinical privileges and in compliance with the dental practice act. The Dental Assistant Supervisor will be part of the Leadership Team and will participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives of the organization when applicable and the performance management system.

The Dental Assistant Supervisor will be able to support dental operations under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist by assisting with:

Inventory management

Patient care coordination and charting

Sterilization and infection control

Basic supportive chairside procedures

X-rays

Pay Range: $45,000- $55,000

Education and Experience:

Dental Assisting Experience -Required

Leadership experience -Preferred

Experience supporting 3D imaging, crowns, bridges, and root canals- Preferred

Must be certified in SC to do Xray’s

Diploma/certified in Dental Assisting -Required

Dependable transportation – Required
