Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst specializing in Epic to join our healthcare IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing, supporting, and maintaining our Epic systems to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and user satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clinical staff, IT personnel, and various stakeholders to implement, enhance, and troubleshoot Epic applications in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma required for all new hires starting 4/1/14

Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.

2 years work experience in a hospital setting required

Clinical experience preferred.

Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.
