Job Description:

We seek a skilled Electrical Foreman with a strong background in the multifamily sector to lead our electrical teams. The successful candidate will oversee installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various multifamily dwellings.

Responsibilities:

*Plan, manage and execute electrical projects in multifamily residential buildings.

*Supervise and lead a team of electricians and other construction professionals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with other construction team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.

*Inspect electrical systems and plan maintenance routines to ensure longevity and compliance with national and local codes.

*Handle the documentation necessary for electrical projects, including compliance with all safety and building regulations.

*Train and mentor junior electricians and team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, specifically in the multifamily sector.

*Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction documents.

*Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams in a construction environment.

*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

*Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
