Position Purpose: this person is responsible for carrying out the administrative duties of the warehouse and bakery.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Assistance in fulfilling orders placed on Shopify including creation of labels

Responsible for creating and receiving all orders processed in Accubar inventory system

Assist warehouse manager with end of month inventory counts and checking of variances

Report any discrepancies or concerns to warehouse manager

Prepare bills for all warehouse deliveries using Accubar inventory system.

Prepare bills for all restaurant bakery orders using DineMarket application

Prepare sales invoices for Loews Regency Hotel using the hotel’s purchase order to be booked into the accounting system

Reviewed adjustments to standing bread or other restaurant orders and modified counts in DineMarket application.

Sending and receiving FedEx or UPS boxes.

Minimal Essential Requirements:

The ability to work as part of a team, and personal cleanliness.

Very basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcomed.

Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume of production.

Active listening and learning skills.

Reading and speaking comprehension skills.

Discipline to follow set standards.

Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
