Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Website and Graphic Designer to join our In Person team. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly website designs and graphic designs that align with our clients' brand identity. This role focuses on the creative aspects of website design, without requiring technical development skills.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.

Visual Design: Create visually stunning layouts, color palettes, and typography for websites.

User Experience (UX) Focus: Design websites with a strong emphasis on user-friendliness and navigation.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.

Design Tools: Utilize design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch) to create mockups and prototypes.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Understanding of basic website structure and user experience principles.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus, but not required.
