Bridge Foreman

Oversee and manage all activities on bridge construction sites

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Ensure project timelines are met and within budget

Supervise a team of construction workers and provide guidance and training

Position Essential Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Proficient in construction techniques and safety regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

8+ Yeas experience on MDOT & Bridge projects
