Customer Service Representative, Up to $18.00/hour â Elkhart, IN

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience

Must have previous experience working with computers

Ability to work in a team environment

Must have excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Ability to answer phones and take customer orders

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to work with customers on corporate sales orders

Ability to call customers to follow-up on orders

Ability to process sales orders

Ready for a day in the life of a CSR? A 1st shift position answering phones calls, greeting visitors, inputting customer information into systems, handling all customer service needs, and taking care of general office administrative needs on a daily basis. This is a temporary to hire opportunity!
