UI/UX Designer - Remote

Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote / Work-from-Home

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

N-Tier Solutions Inc. is looking for a strong UI/UX Designer to support one of our clients in North America. Our client is an IT services provider and is a proud partner of ServiceNow, HPE and VMWare. Our client is seeking a strong UI/UX Designer for internal project work. The UI/UX Designer must have extensive experience with Adobe suite, web design, dashboard design, and FIGMA; experience in “converting documents from Figma to Visio”.

This is a fulltime and a fully remote position. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to collect and assess user requirements.

• Use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards to illustrate design concepts.

• Design the graphical components such as displays, menus, and widgets that users interact with.

• Create search fields and buttons for page navigation.

• Create user interface mockups and prototypes that distinctly show how websites work and look.

• Make unique graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables.

• Create interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.

• Create early drafts and deliver them to the teams and stakeholders.

• Determine and fix UI/UX issues.

• Test the designs, gather user feedback, and make necessary revisions.

• Make sure all design elements are pixel-perfect and consistent.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Experience in dashboard design and web design.

• Strong proficiency of the following: Figma, Adobe CC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Must have experience in Visio.

• Experience in converting documents from FIGMA to Visio is a plus.

• Knowledge of layout principles, typography, and color theory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm U.S. Eastern Time.
