Customer Service Representative - Political Survey (Remote )

Job Description Overview

Packleader BPO is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as On-Call Customer Service Representatives working from home. The main duty involves conducting political surveys over the phone. Ideal candidates should be articulate, conversational, have proficient typing and keyboard skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour

Technical Requirements:

- MacBook, Chromebook, or Windows PC with Windows 10 or newer (no tablets)

- Laptops are acceptable, but a mouse is required

- USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)

- Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browser

- High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

- Recommended: Hardwired internet connection via ethernet cable for optimal speeds

- Webcam (mandatory for occasional video meetings)

- RAM: 4 GB or more recommended

Special Requirements:

- Must have a quiet workspace free from background noise
