Description:
Duties:
Assessment and treatment in a primary care setting with particular attention to chronic diseases. Using eCW to order and document appropriately. Using $4 formularies prescribe medications. Assist with health education. Co-manages with specialists.
Requirements:
A Master Degree in Nursing is required. Professional License with the State of Practice, advance Practice License is required. 3 years of experience as Nurse Practitioner is required.
Other:
Both English and Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: $91,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
