Job Summary

Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington and Columbus campuses are looking to add to their administrative teams! Seeking dependable, efficient, hardworking individuals looking for a fast-paced, exciting career in automotive accounting. This role will assist the campus Office Coordinator with duties.

This posting will fill job vacancies at both our Worthington and Columbus dealerships.

Responsibilities

Assist Office Coordinator with day-to-day office duties

Assist with daily deposits and petty cash

Assist with floorplan audits and reconciliation

Post reserve statements, funding notices, rebates, and incentives

Reconcile accounting schedules and statements

Title Work, including filling out titles for customer trade-ins and customer payoffs

Perform other duties as assigned by Office Coordinator to assure optimum service levels

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate of Bachelor's degree preferred

Basic working knowledge of accounting

Excellent communication skills (via phone, Zoom, in-person, etc.)

Able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule

Strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of Excel, MS office suite and accurate with 10 key pad and typing

The ability to learn new software systems

Maintain professional appearance and high work ethic

Must be willing to submit to & successfully complete a background check/driving record check and a drug screen

Preferred Experience

Dealership experience preferred

Knowledge of CDK software a plus!
