Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quality Surveyor (Local/Expat)

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsibilities:

Understand pricing related to construction material such as civil, structure, electrical, finishingetc.

Consolidate required documentations and reports, submit and complete the Interim Payment Claims (IPC) process with project consultant and client, according progress, contract terms and payment run schedule.

Checking progress claim payment certificates Contractor/Sub contractor

Evaluating the contractors progress claim according to Sub-contract terms

Prepares tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Prepares budgetary cost estimates based on schematic/architectural design

Review drawings according to project consultant and clients instructions / comments, monitor submission.

Site Inspection and Evaluation

Do monthly progress report

Provide technical discussions

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or relevant skills

Requirements:

At least 3-year-experience in Quantity Surveyor

Strong understanding of construction process and sequence

Site coordination and inspection experience

Efficiency in construction base programs (CAD, Excel. etc..)

Salary:

$800 - $1000

Working Hours:

8:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)

8:00am - 12:00pm (Sat)
