Salary $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to FLORIDA

Calling all Preventive Maintenance professionals! Do you have experience leading a manufacturing team that operates their predictive and preventative maintenance departments driving continuous improvement processes? We need you!

This is a manufacturing company that is growing. They promote within and are looking for great people to add to their team due to growth of product market.

As the Maintenance Superintendent, your main focus will be to

• Increase machine uptime & productivity by implementing & improving the predictive maintenance activities

• Assist & supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical functions

• Manage the maintenance team and planning schedules

• Provide support and develop relationships with other departments.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Superintendent position:

• At least 5 years’ experience in supervising a maintenance team in an industrial setting.

• Documented experience using reliability programs

• Knowledgeable about Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills

• Must have strong OSHA regulations and Safety procedures knowledge.
