Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Specialist with a strong background in Solumina iBase-t. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in MES within the manufacturing domain and a proven track record of implementing and managing MES solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of guiding clients through digital transformation and ensuring seamless technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Consultation:

Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their business challenges.

Provide expert technology consultation to develop and implement effective MES solutions.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful digital adoption by end-users.

Solution Development and Implementation:

Utilize deep expertise in Solumina iBase-t to design, configure, and deploy robust MES solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of MES with ERP systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Support Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes through effective MES application.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and end-users.

Provide training and support to ensure users are proficient with new MES systems.

Problem-Solving and Logical Thinking:

Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

In-depth expertise in Solumina iBase-t.

Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing domain.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and articulation skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with ERP systems and their integration with MES.

Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.
