About the Job

The individual will be responsible for fueling the growth of the business through the optimization of our logistics consumer experience working cross functionally. This includes managing our Data management and reporting to ensure that as an organization, we can make Data Driven discussions and decisions and will run a small data Analytics team in-house; with the expectation to constantly challenge the status quo and optimize.

She or he must be comfortable with working in a very cross-functional environment, working closely with different European and Global teams, especially where it comes to technology. She or he must have a getting things done mentality, and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, build effective partnerships across the organization, and influence others.

The purpose of the Manager Supply Chain Analytics Europe is building and delivering measurements and reports to provide a comprehensive, real-time end to end view of our Supply Chain performance. With this, it will ensure we can deliver the best services to our commercial channels, while being cost efficient.

The role will continuously seek to identify and reduce delays and inventory buildups in the supply chain by providing visibility, as well as, by identifying and driving system and process changes to further enhance our delivery performance and service levels (e.g., OTIF).

You will lead a team that will provide the business action driven reports, insights, and conclusions to elevate the service performance to our customers across all channels.

Using extensive Supply, Demand, and inventory planning experience to build tools that enable SC management to drive Supply Chain Optimization from factory to customer and back (returns).

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to drive and direct Supply Chain process and system changes, backed by analytics.

Ability to work across channels, regions and with the global supply chain teams, to seek and develop best practice Supply Chain Analytics and Inventory Management Processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Knowledge enterprise management system and CRM solutions (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Ability to speak and write English fluently.

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics Management and/or Analytical Field

6+ years of experience within supply and/or demand planning and inventory management, coupled with

Knowledge of Power BI, SAP BI and Tableau, high expediency in Excel

Hands on experience with SAP (preferably FMS) in the (order-to-cash) OTC area.

Financial acumen to identify and communicate financial impact of Supply Chain Challenges

The expected starting salary range for this role is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
