We are seeking 200 reliable and professional Taxi Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our passengers. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of local routes, and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations

7. Clearance fees: 55 KWD

*Total: 400 KWD* (government fees).

Upon signing the contract, a deposit of 1000 KWD is required to be paid to the company. This amount will be deducted from the car price as a down payment and must be paid upon your arrival in Kuwait.

1. Initially: 50 KWD.

2. Upon arrival in Kuwait: 1350 KWD

These rules and conditions form an important part of the official agreement between the TALYAA app and the driver.

Compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory, and any violation will subject the driver to legal liability and the company's penalties and sanctions list:

1. **Respect for Passengers and Public Decency:** The driver must treat all passengers (clients) with respect and courtesy, and refrain from inappropriate behavior. Public decency must be maintained at all times during work. Playing songs or music of any kind inside the vehicle while passengers (clients) are present is strictly prohibited. A calm and professional environment must be maintained inside the vehicle.

2. **Activation of the App and Acceptance of Requests:** During the designated working hours (14 hours), the driver is required to activate the app and accept all requests, without canceling or missing any. Failure to comply will result in penalties as per the company's sanctions policy.

3. **Safe Driving:** The driver must adhere to traffic rules to ensure the safety of passengers (clients) and comply with all traffic laws and regulations in Kuwait, including traffic signals, speed limits, and parking regulations.

4. **Punctuality:** The driver must arrive on time. In case of any delay, the passengers (clients) must be informed in advance through the app. The driver must follow the predetermined route in the app and not accept any route changes from clients unless processed through the app.

5. **Penalty for Sexual Harassment and Misconduct:** Any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, gestures, text messages, or electronic messages, is strictly prohibited. The driver must behave respectfully and professionally at all times and avoid any behavior that could be interpreted as flirting or attempting to establish a personal relationship with passengers. If any inappropriate behavior is reported by passengers (clients), strict actions will be taken according to the company's penalties and sanctions list, in addition to legal accountability. The penalty may include imprisonment for up to 7 years and deportation from the country.

6. **Penalty for Driving Under the Influence:** Driving under the influence of substances that impair mental or physical abilities, including alcohol, drugs, sedatives, or any similar substances, is strictly prohibited. If a driver is reported or found to be under the influence, they will face penalties as per the company's sanctions policy and legal accountability, which may include imprisonment and deportation from the country.

7. **No Smoking:** The driver must refrain from smoking inside the vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and to protect the health of passengers (clients).

8. **Absences:** Absences are prohibited and only acceptable in the case of hospitalization. The driver must notify management in advance of any potential absence as soon as possible and before the start of the work shift. An electronic notice explaining the reason for the absence (only acceptable in the case of hospitalization) and the expected duration must be provided.

9. **Vehicle Cleanliness, Personal Hygiene, and Appropriate Attire:** The driver must maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, washing it daily inside and out to ensure passenger (client) comfort. Personal hygiene must be maintained daily, including regular bathing. The driver must wear clean and tidy clothes at all times during work. The designated work attire includes black trousers, a white shirt, and black shoes. Additionally, the driver must have five sets of cotton undergarments and change their underwear several times daily, especially during the summer months (from April to September).

10. **No Transporting Personal Items:** The driver is prohibited from transporting any personal items unrelated to their work during trips. All items transported inside the vehicle must be related to passengers or authorized cargo only.

11. **Compliance with TALYAA App Pricing:** The driver must adhere to the pricing specified in the TALYAA app. Any manipulation of prices will result in penalties as per the company's sanctions list, in addition to state penalties for theft or commercial fraud, which may include imprisonment for up to 3 years.

12. **Proficiency in Using Smartphone Apps:** The driver must be proficient in using smartphone applications and know how to operate them effectively.
