Business Analyst

1. Partner with all business units (ex: Stake holders, Development, Testing, etc..) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.

2. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of weekly or monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.

3. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

4. Analysing Test results in UAT on operations impacts.

5. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers, executives and other units with supporting research and recommendations.

6. Participating in product inception discussions (KT) and providing inputs on requirements, product usability and potential problems.
