Qualifications We Seek:

Barber license (or cosmetology license with barbering focus), valid and in good standing

Engaging personality with excellent customer relationship-building skills

Knowledge of current trends and styles in men's grooming

Proficiency with barbering equipment and techniques

Strong listening and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Willingness to learn and grow your skills

Must reside within commuting distance to Madison, AL
