Accounts Payable

L.K. Jordan is seeking an Accounts Payable Technician near the Quarry Market and will support the overall Accounting team to increase efficiency and productivity.

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday â Friday from 7:00am â 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Process and maintain accounts payable documents, including coding, approvals, and cash disbursements.

Reconcile vendor statements monthly.

Maintain accounts receivable documents.

Assist project managers with cost coding and budgets.

Interface with various departments to ensure information accuracy.

Data entry and monthly account reconciliations.

Provide administrative support and cross-train in HR and Payroll.

Prepare reports and complete special projects as directed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; AA in Business preferred.

Minimum five years of recent accounting experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Sage 100 is a plus.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
