Primary Responsibilities

Data entry/maintenance of general ledger system

Bank reconciliations

Reconciliation of general ledger accounts including credit cards, gifts and contributions, investment accounts, etc

Corporate card reconciliation process

Assist with annual audit and work paper preparations

Prepare monthly general ledger entries

Reconcile Projects and Endowed Funds

Primary Payroll reconciliations and monthly benefits reconciliations IND123
