Pay rate: $19.38 /hour

What does a Security Guard in Brantford do?

Ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property

Access control

Foot Patrols

Enforcing trespass to property act

Interact with the public on a day-to-day basis. ·

Able to observe and report incidents throughout your shift. ·

Able to use a cell phone or desktop to write reports. ·

Aid main patrol guard for emergency situations. ·

Aid supervisor as needed. ·

Aid account manager as needed. ·

Provide any additional services as requested by the customers

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Brantford

A valid security guard license and first aid card

Minimum 1 year of security experience

First aid/CPR required

Valid Ontario Security License ·

Ability to obtain use-of-force certification

Strong knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act

Physically capable of taking required training and carrying out arrests

Must provide a clean driver's abstract
