Our client is a global chemical manufacturer looking for a Process Engineer at their facility just outside of St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience supporting day-to-day operations as well as identifying short and long-term process improvements. This role has promotion opportunities in the future.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support day to day operations and troubleshooting

Identify opportunities for process improvements and process optimization

Assist with developing, planning, and managing improvement projects

Debottlenecking to improve equipment flow

Adhere to all site safety standards and practices

Salary Range: $110,000/year - $115,000/year + bonus

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, may consider Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering

2+ years of experience as a Process/Production Engineer in a chemical plant

Experience in day-to-day operations and troubleshooting

Experience in a PSM regulated plant

Experience with continuous improvement and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
