Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions to improve their physical function and mobility. Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and identify areas requiring therapy.

Therapy Implementation: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, lifestyle modifications, and other strategies to support their recovery and prevent future injuries.

Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Compliance: Ensure all treatments and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as professional standards of practice.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, complete necessary documentation, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
