The Pre-School Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, including managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all students

Manage and supervise all pre-school staff

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Oversee the enrollment process and maintain accurate records

Communicate regularly with parents and families

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders

Provide professional development for staff

Implement age-appropriate curriculum to prepare students for Kindergarten

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pre-school education

Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all students

Strong organizational skills

Enjoys being around children and watching them grow
