Junior Processor-In House Position

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required;

Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel;

Experience in a fast paced work environment, ability to multitask and strong written and oral communication skills;

Must be able to work in a team setting and be detail oriented.

Position Responsibilities

Assist Retail Processing team with production goals;

Ensure a high level of quality service with borrowers, internal customers, vendors, and various third parties;

Maintain current, up to date knowledge of Federal and State regulations as well as industry standards;

Assist Retail Processors with ensuring that the closing process is carried out in compliance with AFR policies, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and agency guidelines;

Assist Retail Processors in evaluating borrower liabilities and risks, employment histories, ancillary documents, and other qualifications;

Review and verify documentation integrity to ensure alignment with findings, completeness and compliance;

Assist with requesting VOE’s, homeowner’s and title insurance policy changes, appraisal changes and any other requests needed;

Other duties as assigned.
