Job Role/ Responsibilities:

1. Timely & effective communication with clients & suppliers to complete projects and reports.

2. Accomplish supplier assessment reports with minimal to no errors to be submitted on time to clients.

3. Conduct supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, & bidding exercises.

4. Ensure and develop healthy relationship with existing and potential business clients.

5. Proactively raise or communicate internal and external issues that will affect the business operations.

6. Initiate improvement programs that will help the business unit sales & operations to become more effective and efficient.

Job Qualifications:

1. Preferably with 6 months to 1-year experience in the related field or equivalent

2. Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with knowledge on Procurement & Supply Chain

3. Good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Must have the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others

5. Must have strong presentation skills.

6. Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations.

7. Has the ability to multi-task and can both work independently and as part of a team.

8. Forward-thinker, with the ability to anticipate and take necessary steps to minimize future obstacles

9. With Laptop

10. Willing to work fully on-site
