Pecheles Ford Toyota seeks an organized professional with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to superior customer service to support our Sales & Service Departments. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct the caller to their destination. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for data-entry, quality control for Manager documentation and reports, supply requests, supporting Dealer Trades, and acting as a communication liaison for offices and Dealerships.
This individual will primarily work Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6 PM; as well as 2-3 Saturdays, 7:30AM to 1PM.

Essential Duties
Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a polite, timely manner
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Greet customers and visitors and assist them appropriately
Oversee outgoing mail
Updates information in computer systems
File invoices, repair orders, and other records
Support the Sales and Service Teams with a variety of administrative tasks
Assists Senior Administrator with organizing dealer trades including scheduling drivers, preparing paperwork, and communicating with appropriate team members throughout the process.
Organizes all owner's manuals and promotional materials regularly.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; and 4+ years of proven customer service experience
Ability to learn new software and applications
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Basic mathematical skills, including multiplication/division/addition/subtraction
Valid Driver’s License
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
