The demand-planning organization of SC Johnson is responsible for the development of a demand forecast. The primary role of the Hub Demand Planner is to develop the baseline forecast through statistical modeling and analytics.

Primary Accountabilities:

Use and maintain current demand planning systems to create the best baseline forecast possible using established processes.

Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.

Constant and clear communication with Market demand planner on baseline forecast changes and impacts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related business field.

Knowledge and Skills

The Hub Demand Planner must have the following skills:

Working knowledge in process improvement.

Ability to work in highly collaborative environments.

Fluent in English.

Intermediate / Advanced in Excel.

Knowledge in Power BI developments (desirable).

Experience

Minimum of 0 - 2 years of Supply Chain or Business experience.

Experience in demand planning and simulation systems or tools (desirable).
