Litigation Paralegal

A prestigious Personal Injury and Accident law firm located in Phoenix is in search of an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience, specializing in Medical Malpractice or possessing nursing/medical background. This individual will play a crucial role within a dynamic team at an acclaimed firm known for handling intricate cases, advocating for clients against insurance entities and corporations, and achieving significant legal victories.

Emphasizing a collaborative work environment rooted in teamwork and innovation, the firm fosters a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients, and actively participates in philanthropic endeavors at local, national, and international levels.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in Medical Malpractice

Participation in at least 2 full MedMal trials from inception to conclusion

Proficiency in working independently within a fast-paced setting and establishing strong client relationships

Assisting attorneys in legal research, document drafting, and review

Preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings

A JD from a foreign jurisdiction is acceptable with the requisite experience

Paralegal Certification (California Paralegal Certification will be considered)

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
