Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Assist in overseeing the clinical operations of the home health nursing department to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within home health care.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
