Key Responsibilities:

Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, focusing on RTUs and Split Systems.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address service needs promptly.

Minimum Background Requirements:

Commercial HVAC experience is a must (no residential experience required).

Technical expertise in RTUs and Split Systems with a rating of 10/10.

Limited refrigeration work (no Chillers).

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
