Responsibilities:

- Manage the accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

- Perform cost accounting and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to optimize the accounting function.

- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.

- Monitor cash flows and cash management activities.

- Review and reconcile financial transactions.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Coordinate and support external audits.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

- CPA certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
