Office Administrator
D. Floyd Construction is an established fence and general construction company operating in the Calgary housing & development market. Floyd Construction is known for building unique & visually appealing entry features in the new communities of Calgary. We are seeking a fulltime Office Administrator with construction experience to join our team in the Calgary office to oversee a wide variety of general office requirements. The Office Administrator will work directly with our Department Managers providing administrative support. We are looking for a compassionate and attentive individual who can adapt to diverse personalities & environments.
Location: South East, Calgary, AB
Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday-8-4, no weekends
Pay: $22.00-24.00 per hour
Provide Administrative duties by:
Ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory for the Company;
Coordinate the flow of information within the team;
Provide customer service, answer electronic enquires, answer telephone calls & relay messages;
Maintain detailed records of company projects, resources & supplies;
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners and fax machines.
